Aura AI Engine ("Aura", "we", "us") provides an all-in-one multimodal AI workspace for chat, research, data analysis, image generation with reference photos, document analysis, voice dictation, and multi-format file exports. This policy details how your information is collected, processed, securely stored, and how you can manage or delete it.

• Account details — your first and last name, display name, email address, profile avatar, and authentication method (verified email and password or Google OAuth).
• Content you create — conversations, prompts, voice dictation, generated synthetic images, and exported files (Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, or image formats).
• Reference photos and uploads — reference pictures, portrait selfies, webcam captures, pasted screenshots, and uploaded documents (Word .docx, Excel .xlsx, PowerPoint .pptx, PDF, and text files). Reference photos uploaded in the Image Studio are preserved alongside the generated synthetic picture to enable side-by-side comparison and prompt history.
• AI usage records and generation metadata — for each request, we record the model selected, token estimates, credit deductions, and generation parameters (e.g. storage paths, MIME types, and reference photo presence). Prompt content is not stored in telemetry logs.
• Technical logs — standard network diagnostics, security logs, and error monitoring required to safeguard service reliability.

• To operate workspace features: streaming chat answers, parsing spreadsheets and documents, processing speech-to-text, and generating synthetic pictures based on your text prompts and reference photos.
• To enable side-by-side inspection in your media history and interactive lightbox modal.
• To maintain your private file library, conversation threads, and personalized theme preferences.
• To accurately meter AI compute credits per account and display transparent usage breakdowns.
• To prevent fraudulent activity, secure accounts, and provide technical support.

We do not sell your personal data, reference photos, or private content to third parties.

When you submit a request, your prompt, attached files, or reference photos are transmitted to the designated AI model provider (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic, or specialized image generation models) via secured API connections to generate the requested response.

If you submit a visual analysis or face question in the Image Studio (such as "Tell me about my face" or "Explain this chart"), Aura automatically identifies the conversational intent and offers seamless routing to multimodal vision chat models equipped to analyze visual inputs and respond interactively.

All conversations, library documents, reference photos, and synthetic generations are isolated per user and secured by database Row-Level Security (RLS). File storage is private; media and document assets are accessed exclusively through short-lived, cryptographically signed URLs.

To diagnose technical issues and support users, designated administrators have access to a strictly read-only view. This allows administrators to review resource tab counts (Chats, Images, Library), search generation logs, and inspect synthetic images alongside input reference photos in a diagnostic lightbox. Administrators in this mode cannot send messages, alter content, or delete records on your behalf.

We partner with vetted infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, authentication, transactional email, database persistence, encrypted object storage, and AI model inference. These vendors process data exclusively on our instructions.

If you generate a public share link for a conversation, anyone possessing the tokenized link can view that conversation. You can revoke access at any time by deleting the conversation or disabling the shared link.

• Edit your display name, password, email, and avatar in profile settings.
• Rename, pin, search, or delete conversations and saved prompts whenever you choose.
• Delete individual files from your conversation attachments or your personal Library.
• Permanent media deletion: When you delete an image generation, both the generated synthetic image and the uploaded reference photo are permanently purged from cloud storage.
• Export your chats and analyses to Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, or image formats at any time.
• Request full account deletion through workspace administrators.

We may update this Privacy Policy as new features and capabilities are introduced. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
