Privacy Policy

Aura AI Engine ("Aura", "we", "us") provides an AI workspace for chat, research, data analysis, image generation, file analysis and document work. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account details — your first and last name, display name, email address, profile photo and sign-in method (verified email/password or Google sign-in). If you sign in with Google, we use the first and last name on that Google account as your display name.
• Content you create — conversations, prompts, voice input, generated images, and files you export (Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint or image formats).
• Files you upload — documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text) and images you attach to a conversation or store privately in your Library. Uploaded files are used only to provide the features you request.
• AI usage records — for each AI request we log which model was used, approximate token counts and the credits consumed. This is used purely for usage metering and shown to you and to administrators in aggregate form; it does not store the content of your prompts.
• Usage data — basic technical logs needed to operate, secure and debug the service.

• To provide the workspace: answering prompts, analysing files, processing voice input and generating images.
• To keep your history, library, image generations and settings private to your account.
• To meter AI usage and credits per account, so fair-use limits can be tracked and shown.
• To authenticate you, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
• To respond to support and account-management requests.

We do not sell your personal data or your content.

When you send a prompt, the content of that request (including any attached or pasted images, extracted document text, or dictated voice input) is sent to the AI model selected for the request so it can produce a response. Generated images and analyses are stored in your account history until you delete them. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information, credentials or content you are not authorised to share.

Your conversations, library files, generated media and profile are stored per account and protected with row-level access controls, so other users cannot read your data. File storage is private and access is granted only through short-lived, authenticated links.

Administrators operate the service and can: view account details and profile photos, edit display names, reset passwords, suspend or delete accounts, review aggregate AI usage, and open an account in a strictly read-only view (for example to help with support). This read-only view does not sign in as you and cannot send messages, change or delete your content. Administrator access is limited to what is required to operate the service.

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication (including Google sign-in and transactional email for address verification and password resets), database and file storage, and AI model inference. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

If you connect third-party agents or integrations (for example through MCP), those services can access the workspace data you make available to them while connected. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies — disconnect an integration to end its access.

• Edit your display name, email, password and profile photo in profile settings.
• Rename, pin or delete conversations, image generations and saved prompts at any time.
• Delete individual files from a conversation and from your Library whenever you like.
• Export conversations and analyses in the format you choose — the exports are yours.
• Choose the Day, Night or System theme; appearance preferences stay on your device.
• Request account deletion through an administrator.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
