Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using Aura AI Engine ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.

• You must sign up with a valid email address you control and verify it, or authenticate via Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining credential confidentiality. You can update your password from your profile settings, and administrators can trigger password resets upon request.
• Administrators may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Built-in safeguards prevent deletion of the final administrator account to ensure service continuity.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, or breach third-party privacy.
• Upload reference photographs, portrait selfies, or personal likenesses of any individual without their explicit consent or proper legal authorization.
• Generate non-consensual sexual imagery, defamatory content, deceptive deepfakes, or materials depicting violence or illegal acts.
• Upload malware, corrupted files, or data you have no lawful right to process.
• Attempt to circumvent row-level security, probe infrastructure, or access other users' accounts, library files, or administrative controls.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the operation of the service or its connected AI model providers.

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, documents (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files), voice dictations, and reference photographs you submit to the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate the workspace, perform document analyses, execute image-to-image styling, and return responses to you.

Files uploaded to your private Library and reference photos attached in the Image Studio remain private to your account and are accessible only through authenticated, short-lived signed URLs.

• AI-generated answers, document summaries, and synthetic images are generated using probabilistic machine learning models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify important outputs before relying on them.
• To provide full creative auditability and side-by-side comparison, reference photos uploaded during image generation are securely preserved in your private media storage alongside the synthetic AI output.
• When you delete an image generation from your history, both the synthetic output and its associated input reference photo are permanently and irrevocably deleted from storage.
• You are solely responsible for how you distribute, publish, or utilize exported documents and generated media.

• AI interactions are metered: requests log the model executed, approximate token counts, and the credits deducted based on model compute tiers.
• Image generation and multimodal vision requests consume credits according to model parameters and resolution tiers.
• Total workspace credits are provisioned and managed by administrators. Credits hold no monetary cash value, are non-transferable, and unused credits are non-refundable.

Designated administrators manage user accounts, roles, profile details, AI credit allocations, and aggregate usage telemetry. To resolve technical issues and provide direct user support, administrators may inspect an account using a strictly read-only diagnostics view.

This read-only view enables administrators to review tab counts (Chats, Images, Library), search generation logs, and open a diagnostic lightbox to verify reference vs. synthetic image rendering. Administrators in this mode cannot send messages, impersonate user sessions, edit data, or delete content, and must use these capabilities strictly for legitimate support and service integrity purposes.

You may generate cryptographically tokenized public share links for conversations you choose to share. Anyone with the share link will have read access to that specific conversation until you delete the conversation or revoke the share link.

If you connect external agents or tools (such as Model Context Protocol / MCP integrations), you are responsible for the permissions and access granted. Third-party integrations operate under their respective terms and privacy policies.

We strive for maximum reliability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Available AI models, routing algorithms, features, and credit rates may be updated or refined over time to enhance quality and performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of business, or commercial disruptions arising from your use of the service or AI-generated outputs.

You may discontinue use of the service and request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms or engage in abusive or illegal activities.

We may update these terms as features evolve. Continued use of the service after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
