Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Aura AI Engine ("the service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must sign up with a valid email address you control, and verify it.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe. You can change your password from your profile settings, and administrators can reset it on request.
- Administrators may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Safeguards apply to deletion: the last administrator cannot be removed, and administrators cannot delete their own account while it holds the final admin role.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual-property rights.
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to share.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, library files or admin functions.
- Overload, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, images and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content back to you, including sending it to AI models to generate responses. Content you place in your Library remains private to your account until you delete it.
5. AI-generated output
- AI responses, file analyses and generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for some purposes — verify important output before relying on it.
- You are responsible for how you use, publish or distribute generated content.
- Similar output may be generated for other users who ask similar questions.
6. AI usage and credits
- AI features are metered: each request records the model used, approximate token counts and the credits it consumed.
- The total AI credits available in the workspace are set by administrators, and the remaining balance decreases as the service is used.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and unused credits are not refundable.
7. Administrator oversight
Administrators manage accounts, roles, passwords, profile names and photos, AI credit levels and aggregate usage. To support users, they may open an account in a strictly read-only view of that user's workspace. This view cannot send messages or modify or delete content, and administrators must use it only for legitimate service operation and support.
8. Third-party agents and integrations
You may connect third-party agents or integrations (for example through MCP) to the workspace. You are responsible for the integrations you enable and for the access you grant them; their actions and data handling are governed by their own terms. We may suspend integrations that threaten the security or reliability of the service.
9. Service availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, models and limits may change over time as the product evolves.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
